fixed csnc:slime crafting (forgot to edit concerned json recipe)

the starting stable warp scroll is now soulbounded
andesite alloy have now a single recipe
fixed some craft
bamboo cog minning now work with more tool (and tinker tools)
Updated csnc (see log, changed some block gen)
unified the 2 current cogwheel for crafting
Bison now drop leather
NEXT UPDATE:
Slime bucket (from thing and misk) shall be removed
Gearbox crafting will be changed (crafted from the kinetic machine and concerned casing)
extra cogwheels will be craftable
