If REI search bug persissts fix by opening the settings menu (right of the search bar) and closing again

Recipe Tweaks:

Changed all vanilla wooden tool recipes to create tetra tools

Vanilla tools are now only usable in crafting

Quest book:

Tetra group added

Guide to tetra added to help with no vanilla

Other changes:

Fixed bug where rei wouldnt search unless you went in and out of the settings menu or reloaded the world (hopefully)
