🚀 Create: Outbound — Feature Update v0.4.0 (Beta)

This update reworks the space progression between the moon and venus/mercury, also adds custom create integration for rustic engineer.

⚠️ NOTICE FOR EXISTING SAVES: Create: Metallurgy adds a new ore to the overworld. If you already pre-generated your world, you will need to use chunk pre-generator with the retrogen feature to make the new ores spawn in old chunks (make a backup first). Otherwise, you can find them by mining in new chunks.

⚙️ Progression & Tech Changes

• Reworked Rocket System: Changed the rocket tiers. Going to the Moon/Mars now uses the old tier 3 design. Going to Venus/Mercury now requires a separate rocket tier with a more expensive recipe. Rocket recipes were moved around to fit this layout and items have been renamed.
• Create: Metallurgy Added: Added Create: Metallurgy to the pack.
• Rustic Engineering Integration (BETA): Added basic Create integration for Rustic Engineer machines and parts, using normal crafting grids and larger mechanical crafters to fit the Create mod theme.
• The Mercurian Gate: Added a recipe for the mercury portal frame blocks.

📚 Balance, QOL, & Fixes

• Official Modpack Guidebook (BETA): Added our custom in-game Patchouli book! It starts with a Survival Guide chapter about early-game health, hydration, temperature insulation, and vehicles.
• Fishing Streamlining: Removed the separate Tide fishing rods to put all fishing progression into the Starcatcher minigame.
• Audio Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where main menu music would play in pause menu.
• Mod Updates: Updated multiple background mods and libraries to their latest versions.
