Fixes & Performance:

Fixed crash when spawning/rendering fighter jets (AshVehicles)

Fixed crashes caused by large explosions, nukes, and the Wither Storm

Enabled ModernFix dynamic resources (reduces RAM usage and speeds up loading)

Reduced Weather2 particles and Sound Physics ray counts to eliminate combat stutter

Shaders are now disabled by default for lower-end hardware compatibility

Removed broken and conflicting mod dependencies
