(CHANGE LOG) **I really need to document these more often...**

- Removed all (I think all) manual crafted pokeball recipies in favor with Create

- Removed the Warden from spawning to make looking for the AllTheModium Template easier and less of a hassel (Will make the AllTheModiumTemplate craftable at somepoint)

- Removed the FirstPersonRender mod as it was annoying people, but who those who liked the mod it is a client side mod so you can add it back if you so choose too.
