heyyyy lagsmp v10!! double digits!!!

  • vaulted all emx weapons (will add back soon)
  • replaced all the chinese text in emx
  • unvaulted the rest of the tacz default weapons
  • added a quest line for each gun (this took a while)
  • started a quest chapter for opencomputers
  • added recipes for energy converters because gregtech wouldnt
  • fixed ui related crashes
