Update Changes: 
- updated Create TFMG
- updated Create Encased
- updated Create Connected
- added Create Steam 'n' Rails
- added Create QoL
- added Recipes for iron, steel, desh variants of Ad Astra blocks
- added Air Tank Small and Large
- removed Herobrine
- reduced the cost to make rocket fuel
- unified some minerals, now there are fewer variants of the same mineral
- updated Create Big Cannons quest with better explanatory texts
- now all Chisel and Factory Blocks can be collected with the Create Wrench
- hidden some items and machines that currently won't be used
- fixed corrupted texture of Incomplete Candy Mechanism
- removed some textures from Create, like Waystones, Thermal, Ad Astra, now they are in their default form

Attention: Place all .toml files located in Default Configs in the server config folder of your world (some mods were buffed so it is worth doing this)
