-Implementation of overworld music through astraladditions

- Replaced extractinator, replaced with create sifting. This will slightly impact current worlds but is safe to update if you adjust your builds accordingly. The original mod still exists for worldgen compatibility reasons, and will just be decorative, but i've added recipes in the sifter for silt and slush!
- Buff some FE generation, namely the alternator
- Various questlog changes from feedback, lang file tweaks
- Implement language keys to questbook
- Texture adjustments
- Keybind fixes for zoom and immersive aircraft + others
- Space structure distribution more natural / less gridlike
- Calorite / ostrum behave as intended in melting recipes
- Shimmer lake structure uses fancy new blocks
- Fuel can now be used as rocket fuel (lol)
- Fluid tank / precision mech recipes changed
- Update various mods / other recipes (Ad astra skybox textures show now)
