Welcome to Create and Survive! The objective of what you do in the modpack itself is well, create and survive, or if your particularly adventurous, explore. This modpack has world generation mods which modify the terrain. Panthalassa, Blue Skies, Twilight forest, and The Undergarten present new challenges should the Overworld, Nether, and End become boring. However, i doubt you will be bored of the terrain generation of Terralith combined with the texture pack enhancing Celestial mod, which should make the skies of the overworld look amazing. Various structure and mob mods will provide incentive to explore. Create, Mekanism, Applied energistics, and several addons for them should allow you to create large factories and compact storage systems. And there's even a few simple quests to help you on your journey. In summary, this modpack should provide a Vanilla+ experience which you can play with your friends, or on your own.
