-Changed "Explorer's Compass", texture, récipe and name to "Explorer's Device"
-Replaced Iron whith Steel in all recipes from "Create: Protection Pixel"
-Added Biomes to the whitelist of some nether material so they can be mined in the overwolrd by the ore excavator
