Updated Quests:
Added new Quests 
Pokémon Reward Quests such as Galarian Zapdos, now reflect the in-game level that you meet them at e.g. level 70.
Working on Fusion Related Quests, and adding Shiny rate to quest reward tables as well as adding Eeveelution Quests.
Fixed Quests not completing due to the wrong dependency
Fixed Eternal Floette 'Flag', quest would not complete due to the wrong form label
Added Work In Progress Flags to The Regional Challenge questline.
