Added Ice and Fire. Don't worry, the dragons are spread out further in the config, and won't appear at all within 1024 meters of your spawn.
Tweaked the Astral Sorcery config to make shrines more frequent, but they're still pretty rare.
Added a way to make aquamarine shale, since ponds don't seem to happen. Clay blocks around a pure daisy turn into aquamarine shale.
