Update 0.12.9

This update adds the final tier of industrial foregoing, the supreme tier, the next plans for questing are to add the final repeatable quests to both industrial foregoing and mechanism, with new custom items that are really hard to craft (do not take emc to be made, giving suggestions to automate more). This update also adds a bunch of new exciting rewards to the reward pool to make questing more rewarding. Thank you for playing, hope you enjoy the update.

-Quests:
 Added the next branch of quests for Industrial Foregoing.
 7 New quests added, all them have the random reward

-Rewards:
 Added 13 New fun random rewards to get from the reward pool:
 Blood Sprayer from Alex's Mobs
 3 New powerful Mutant Mobs Items from Mutant Beasts
 5 powerful resource ducks from Duckery
 Tectonic Grenades from Thermal Expansion

-Other Changes:
 Changed the Royal Guardian Scale recipe to give more scales (16 -> 24) allowing the full armor to be made with 1 craft
 Nerfed Experience Battery by (300x), lead to infinite levels for no reason. (Removed from the quest rewards)
