alot of mod updates

- complex meals give 2 points of diversity
- simple and raw "meals" won't give diversity any more
- golden pickaxe (the new one) now has proper pmmo stats
- all golden tools which are related to endurant work support endurance additional to their normal values
- golden hoe buffed to 50% (which is the same as for every other golden tool)
- adv. campfire & cooker from Farmer's Delight require now a level 15 cooking skill to craft
- their recipes changed too (even added two recipes for cooking pot: one with tin and one from cauldrons which could be looted)
- shadow path got revamped a bit

added some progression at the current end of the modpack. still pondering about IE and the transition to AR
