fixed aquaculture suppression of vanilla's fishes which are crucial for fish bones. achieved this by adding cuttingboard recipes for all fishes and various ways to get to bonemeal

fixed a bug which caused wooden "toy" tools to have no recipe

changed segment alloy crafting in craftingtables from bowls which get multiplied to botania's mortar & pestle which doesnt.

fixed some nether remnant structures (originally ruined_portals) ... still improving those =)
