The Crafty Kettle

Create 6.0 has released. Unfortunately, ComputerCraft: Tweaked is no longer updated on CurseForge and has compatibility issues when Create is updated. Due to the official server relying heavily on ComputerCraft inside the spawn area, we cannot update to Create 6.0. This will also very likely mark the end of The Crafty Kettle 2's updates, as if we were to move forward, we would need to switch to a modpack and launcher that supports Modrinth and Curseforge... Like Prism. Unfortunately, many mods on Curseforge disable third-party apps, and I think you get the point. It's a never ending cycle of something not supporting something else.

From here on, The Crafty Kettle 2 is in maintenance mode. Once the current world has run its course and no one is playing, we will end support for The Crafty Kettle 2 and move on to whatever the latest stable modding version happens to be (currently 1.21.x right now). My mods will be ported to that version as well.

Highlights from this update:

Mana & Artifice got a new spell, new staves, new wands, a new cantrip, and a new relic to craft. Players can now be targeted by Possession. Fey is more powerful; their buffs are now multiplicative with other buffs. Mana Shield has a flat buffer now, meaning low damage attacks are completely blocked while reducing the severity of high damage attacks by a percentage. A multitude of other balance changes and bug fixes too.

Mowzie's Mobs implemented a new mob related to the unused Earth Totem. It was also reworked into a new item obtained from said mob.

Immersive Melodies added a new instrument and some QoL changes to how MIDI's are uploaded and played.

Distant Horizons can now run on the server. This means that instead of running around and filling out your world, it'll automatically be compiled and sent to your client over time as you play, resulting in more or less an automatic increase in render distance by an extreme margin.
