Crafthaven

Added https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mana-unification to the pack. This allows Iron's Spells and Ars Nouveau to draw from the same mana pool, and both upgrades/enchantments from either mod will increase the collective pool as well 

Also, re-enabled Distant Horizons server-side to keep clients up to date with far away chunk updates.
