Recipe / MineTweaker script Changes:

-Botania: Added Iron back into Manasteel recipe but with a higher mana usage

-EnderTech: Makes Creative Exchanger recipe slightly easier

-Added seed mutation recipe for Creeper Seeds, recipes to craft Creeper Essence Blocks and Creeper Infused Sword recipes (4 tiers in total)

-ThermalExpansion: Nerfed Leadstone, Hardened and Redstone Energy Cell Frame recipes and makes Creative Sponge recipe slightly easier

Config Changes:

-Finally implemented Creeper Seeds and Essence

-Added Creeper Infused Sword (custom item)

-Fixed a bug with some Builder's Wand Chance Cube rewards

-Added a person into Headcrumbs human spawn list (I won't spoil who :p)

-Buffed Nether Star Blocks blast resistance

-Removed BiblioCraft NEI filter
