*Recipe changes:

-Added recipe nerfs for Redstonic, IC2, Ender Storage, ChickenChunks and Advanced Generators

-Changed the recipes for Thermal Expansion machine frames 

-Fixed Creative Flux Capacitor can be crafted but not useable bug

-Nerfed Drawer Controller recipe

-Makes Portal Gun and Long Fall Boots recipes easier

-Added Stencil Table and Part Builder to oredict - for HQM quests later

-Added Nether Star Block

-Nerfed Hopper recipe

-Harder Vanilla tool recipes - it's more progressive!!

-Added armor upgrade recipes from Steel to Dark Steel

-Nerfed Extra Utilities Spikes, Generators (1x) and Drum recipes

-Added extreme crafting recipe for Ender IO Creative Capacitor Bank - it's pretty much the same recipe as the Creative Energy Cell

-Nerfed Draconic Energy Core, Wyvern Core, Wyvern Energy Core recipes

-Wyvern and Draconic Armor & Tools are even more harder to make

-Nerfed BuildCraft Assembly Table and Laser recipes

-Manasteel now requires steel instead of iron to make

-Added extreme crafting recipe for the Wireless Crafting Terminal Infinity Booster Card and removed it from boss drop

 

*Config changes:

-AgriCraft water pads now requires player to sneak to create it

-Disabled Ars Magica 2 Armor and Buff UI

-ExtraCells2 Fluid Terminal now shows exact mB value

-Nerfed oregen again - some people reported the oregen in the 0.4 is a bit too much

-Iguana Tweaks mob heads module is disabled due to the conflict with beheading

-Stopped potions from hiding in NEI

-Draconic Armor and Tools are getting buffed a bit

-Draconic Energy Ball now requires Electrotine Blocks instead of Redstone Blocks to make

-Removed a lot of Pam's Harvestcraft seed drops

-Removed Ice Cream Sandwich Creepers ingredient drops

-Ice Cream Sandwich Creepers don't spawn as much as used to be

-Changed IngameInfoXML config - now shows more information!

-Slightly changed Saw durability

-Disabled SolarFlux Solar Panel tier 11 - wasn't meant to exist

-Slightly changed FTB Utilities welcome message
