XP Cow to Essence off Knowledge Cow Craft
Fixed Netherstar craft in the blood altar for the cow to be a block of netherstar
Fixed several chapters in the mekanism to include seperate lines for the machines
Removed Enviromental Tech and added reactors, and added power chapter to include mekanism, extreme reactors, flux and RFtools
Fixed Blood Altar crafts for late game cows to reflect needing Tier 5 and not Tier 6 which was pointed out to not exist in 1.12.2
