-fine tuned server configs

-Paradise Lost mod removed. (will look into adding this mod back once they finish the aether remaster)

-WDA mod removed (overworld dungeons)

-Better Dungeons mod added
-Better Strongholds mod added

-Better Mineshafts mod added

-Farsight mod added (allows higher view distance for clients while lowering render distance for server)

#I removed WDA and added some mods that I think fall more in line with the "vanilla+ experience

 -added Better Caves mod

-several under the hood changes to improve server tick speed when under load.  

-LONG AWAITED Waystones Mod added  

-added Whisperwoods mod    

-more minor mod changes (mostly replacements)  

-Updated out of date mods
