Say goodbye to the one block does it all method of today’s mods, and the large amounts of power you have to generate to reach mid-game. With only IC2 teleporters available we found a massive use of trains and rail networks to get around in multiplayer, as well as nether hubs. The train networks will be the main method of travel besides flying around in complex power suits with long crafting recipes. Thus it has a heavy emphasis on tech mods that will have you thinking more about machine placement rather than their crafting recipes. And so learn to automate everything with this pack so you can focus on crafting top-tier armor and tools. You won't have to strip mine for long once you get quarries set up or chop wood with automated tree farms. There are also plenty of other goals to be had instead of getting the best gear such as setting up your own Jurassic park with Fossils and Archaeology or defeating all the extra bosses the modpack has to offer such as the hydra from Twighlight Forest and dragons dens from ICE and FIRE Dragons.
