Cosmic Magitech Modpack v1.12

This update has focused on refining or culling mods that are repetitive or just don’t live up to the goals of the modpack in some way.  Mods added either better fit the pack or fill a niche that wasn’t being filled before.

A note about quests:  Quests are being worked on, but take time and I’d like them not to just be mod tutorial type quests as there are many other packs that do that already.  This pack is more about achievement and building and the quests should reflect that.  Eventually the quest system will be accompanied by a trophy hall to place trophies and treasures.  The modpack does have the quest tag enabled because older versions of the modpack do have quests and there will be quests added in future versions.  Complaints about the state of the quest system will be ignored unless you are wanting to help, in which case, you can join the discord and ask how you can get involved.
