Cooking Create Modpack

The Create: Train Utilities mod has been added. The Colorwheel Patchet mod has been removed as it is no longer required. Underlay has also been removed because it is incompatible with Create: Pantographs & Wires. Additionally, all mods, resource packs, and shaders have been updated to their latest versions.
