Congregation - expert Gregtech pack

What's new:

-gregified most mods
-added the steam age
-added a lot of new recipes
-fixed a lot of bugs
-fixed broken/ missing recipes
-updated all mods to their most current version (at the time of writing this)
-updated Forge to 47.4.10
-wrote more quests
-added missing textures for the multiblock Oven and Bloomery
-added more quest chapters
-added the following mods:
-Axes are Weapons
-CraftPresence
-Drippy Loading Screen
-Fancymenu
-made a dedicated Discord server

What's changed:
-backpacks have been nerfed to require steel
-minor quest updates
-removed all recipes for mods not currently integrated (except Nuclearcraft)
-it's no longer possible to bulk blast with Create fans
-updated the icon
