Disabled NuclearCraft's radiation system in favor of HBM's radiation system for simplification and less burden when dealing with the radiations. (Note: Galacticraft's radiation still will be thing; only in space.)

 

Updated HBM's Nuclear Tech from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3-d which is it contain a lot of changes including oil, new items, and achievements.

Updated Extra Planets to the latest version.
