Added a bunch of fun mods to the pack which - so far - seem to work on another test server well together.

- Absent by Design (places missing fences, walls, etc back in the game)

- Always a Wither Skull (no more hunting 10+ withers for just one skull)

- Armor Toughness Bar (brings back the armor bar from 1.12 we're all familiar with)

- Block Drops (find who who drops what in JEI)

- Carry On (carry chests, and entities without a backpack or chest transporter)

- Configurable Cane (Let's see how high you can make your sugar cane grow!)

- Ding (nice little ding when Forge is done loading)

- Draw Bridge (makes a draw bridge multi-block)

- Engineers Decor & Tools (setting up for when Immersive Engineering joins 1.14)

- Flesh to Leather (Cook down rotten flesh to usable leather

- Friendly Fire (no more hitting your pets when you try to hit mobs)

- Mo'Glowstone (There's never enough coloured glowstone)

- Silent Mobs, Gems, Gear (adds Tinker's-Like configurable tools and armour to to the game)

- YAMDA (Make your own mining dimension - more end game useful due to mat requirements)
