Updated Multimine.cfg to prevent even more duplication.

Added a recipe to give 9 tanned leather when leather surrounds any log.

While there are additional updates for other mods, I chose not put them in this pack, due to some weird issue causing the ubiquitous "fatally missing blocks" bug. I'm not sure which one of the updates is doing it.

That means this is strictly a kludge-update.
