Initial Commit.

I realized that there was no real 1.11.2 pack containing Minecolonies except for the DEV and the PATREON versions. This realization was made self-evident when at least two people commented in an odd way about my slow progression pack Colonial Expansion. It’s as if they loaded the pack and the accompany server, went in and opped in everything they  needed to test it. Then they turned around and became a player, in the first instance they were shocked to discover that cobble was now replaced with a recipe whereby it had to be crafted and in the second instance discovered you could not make sticks and planks in the old way but a newer longer way.

Rather than continue to simplify and remove the features that I initially designed Colonial Expansion pack for; I have decided to make this pack, one without those slow mode progressions.
