Villages are your 'colony' this time. Several mods make them quite useful, and even able to defend themselves!
Build them fancy places to live via Macaw's mods.
Set guards by handing them a sword, or placing recruitment blocks.
Give them tasks using worker-blocks. (Including tree-cutting, crop-farming, & mining!)
Use them wisely, keep them safe, and build a sprawling metropolis of 'Hrrm'!
Starting off you will have a SpawnBag that when R-Clicked, should hold a few useful items for getting started.
You will collect credit-coins on your journey, they are used mostly with the Market block for gaining useful items/materials, also as a 'last-resort' if you just can't find a village
Recipes have been heavily customized for this pack, mostly for TechTree integration, sometimes to make things easier/more accessible. "JEI is your friend!"
Automation is no small thing in this pack, expect it to take up sizeable spaces. Anything that is a single-block process is for a very narrow purpose.
World Generation includes a selection of the more desolate biomes from BiomesOPlenty, and some customized coloration for the sky/water/fog etc. All that along with LostCities, gives the world a lived-in, old feeling to things.
Certus Quartz Ore & Applied Energistics Meteors do not generate in the overworld. The mod is intended to be gated behind space exploration.
Refined Storage is intended for small/localized automation systems, NOT sprawling storage. Energy costs have been adjusted accordingly, and some recipes have been removed entirely.
