A decent size pack with a slight steampunk theme that was made primarily for a group of friends and was onfigured from the ground up it has hours of development invested it aims to balance and improve the experience for a less redundant feel.

* Return the spread rate for Harvestcraft gardens back to the default rate.
* Disabled the Heat and Climate HUD info to keep the stevenson screen useful. (it was originally disabled and somehow got renabled and I forgot to disable again last update.)
