Changes:
* Modified Agricraft resource seeds for the basic ores to use Geolosys ores.
* Cleared up a recipe conflict between the Athame from Project Red and the Silver Dagger from Heat and Climate Mod.
* Removed Natura's wheat flour as there are two other kinds and it caused a conflict.
* Fixed a recipe conflict between barley flour (Natura) and straw (Animania).
* Removed a stick recipe tweak Ender IO added that didn't make much sense to me and seemed a bit OP. (It still shows up for every thing register as stickWood except for vanilla sticks even know it is removed.)
* fixed the recipes for the nether sticks as they conflicted with the vanilla sticks recipe.
* Fixed a conflict between Quark shingles and Heat and Climate Mod clay bricks.
* Fixed multiple conflicts between vanilla tools, crafting table/workbenches, buttons, pressure plates and nether stick variants.
* Fixed a slew of conflicts with vanilla chest, quark chests and Heat and Climate log boxes.
* removed useless recipe having to do with quark and bookshelves.
* Fixed a conflict between Ender IO gears and spindles from Heat & Climate.
* Removed a conflicting/problematic recipe involving ender pearl dust (Ender IO/Tech Reborn)
* Fixed a conflict with the Tech Reborn iron furnace and Quarks decorate iron plate block.
* Resolved a conflict between Storage Drawers basic drawers and Heat & Climates Wooden Low Chest.
* Added a ruby, sapphire and peridot blocks so that they can be chiseled to get the different variants.
* Fixed conflict between Random Things sound box and Quark blue stained planks.
* Addressed a conflict between ProjectRed woven cloth and Heat & Climate cotton string.
* Disabled Mekanism bronze tools and armor as there is equally good version in TechReborn.
* Addressed a conflict between the wooden square table from Heat & Climate and the oak/dark oak coffee tables from Mr. Crayfish's Furniture Mod.
* Fixed a messed up recipe bettwen the light blue and yellow desk chairs from Mr. Crayfish's Device mod.
* fixed a conflict between the Bibiliocraft compass and the golden compass from Random Things.
* Removed Natura's respawn obelisk as I saw no need for it.
* Resolved an issue with Natura's nether bowls recipes giving vanilla bowls(added a custom recipe).
* Made Project Red Marble able to be chiseled.
* Corrected issues/conflicts between regular quark chests, quark trapped chests and vanilla chests.
* Resolved a conflict between Biomes O' Plenty bamboo thatching and Agricraft crops.
* Corrected a conflict between the Earthworks level and the gold cable from Tech Reborn.
* Fixed a messed up recipe with Earthworks vertical dark oak wood slab.
