Man, I goofed it. William Wythers Extended Ecosphere is not great with Create.

I've switched to Terralith with Geophillic. Now you can find Andesite and Structures. I took a lot more time to test this specifically. I really didn't think that would be an issue.

Yay.

Also added Sophisticated Sorting and lots of EMI addons that were sorely needed.

Made artifacts more rare in chests since structures add so many more chests and now you won't get 8 artifacts from one outpost.
