Cog & Cheese: Cracking Adventures
This is a lightweight, Create-focused modpack for Minecraft 1.20.1. It was made as a personal project inspired by my childhood and is being used for my single-player world. I decided to share it with friends and others who might enjoy the same things.
The pack focuses on enhancing the vanilla Minecraft experience, with the Create mod at its core. It’s designed to bring life and activity to the world without adding overpowered mods that drastically change the game. While the main focus is on building contraptions and automating stuff, there’s also some exploration to avoid getting stuck in only one playstyle.
To reflect my childhood interests (dinosaurs, space, and Wallace and Gromit), this modpack includes mods like Northstar for space exploration, Let’s Do Meadow for cheese production, and Create for creative contraptions. While dinosaurs aren’t included yet, I’m planning to add them in the future once the mod Ancient Nature is released.
The pack also includes various quality-of-life mods to improve inventory management, storage, farming, archaeology, and overall gameplay, all while keeping a vanilla-like feel. It enhances existing features and biomes without overloading the game with too many new ones.
