Added Not Enough Items 1.8.+. Adds mouse wheel for moving items, dark spot detection (F7), chunk boundaries (F9) and annoying redundancy to everything that JEI adds.

Disabled Squake by default.
- It's changes to movement were confusing people.
- Use Grave (`) to toggle Squake movement when you want it on.
- Disabled Integrated Dynamics Squeezer and Basin recipes related to leather, ores and lava generation. It's CodeVanilla, it's not really in the spirit. Sorry.
- Confusing you by inverting the chest merge button on shift. It's better this way.
- Disabled a bunch of version checking and analytics.
- Gave you better defaults for InGameXML. (InGameInfo_zeek.xml)
- Couple of configuration changes.
