Tweaks

-apatite spawns more commonly in crag biomes
-more jellies are now found in village chests
-inventory pets are 5% less common than before
-Cobble grunt slowness effect duration is now 10 seconds instead of 5 seconds
-Battle towers spawn rate has been lowered again
-chance pendants can now be used 64 times rather than 32 times
-chance cubes spawn less in world gen
-falling blocks from chance cubes now fall 10 blocks rather than 20
-rebalanced tinkers tools!

Fixes

-fixed fences losing their textures if placed at height limit.
-fixed fences and fence gate not catching on fire if placed in one block deep lava
-fixed pumpkin only facing north in world gen
-fixed mushroom soup recipe
-fixed modded wood fence gate recipes
-fixed not enough string getting given when crafting from wool
-fixed magma blocks not updating water
-fixed hay bales only giving 8 wheat instead of 9 when crafting
-fixed sand not spawning in desert temple loot chests
-fixed water not spreading fast enough
-fixed grass spreading too fast
-fixed crash when shift-clicking a portable analyzer, in the end, looking at the ender dragon
-fixed ender dragon heads not spawning on end ships
-fixed the pumpkin sword taking double durability
-fixed the pumpkin sword dealing more damage then is displayed in tooltips (any pumpkin swords made before this update will be more op)
-fixed some inventory pets having recipes
-fixed a block duplication glitch (to do with ghost blocks)

-fixed village wells spawning with 20 blocks deep water instead of 11
