Performance and beauty update!

Replaced Embeddium with Sodium for better performance (Comment: Embeddium was the choice around 8 months ago when I first started, since I had encountered crashes with specific mods with sodium. These problems have recently been fixed)

Added Simple Clouds to help give players who aren't able to run shaders a more beautiful experience (These clouds can be disabled in the config, simply press the options button in your pause menu and look at the S icon in the top left!) This mod also introduces "regional weather" mimicing a more real life type of weather system! For now only "Atmospheric Shaders" works with the simple clouds mod, but in general it seems shaders are hard to run on this modpack. So configure to your hearts desire, simple clouds is a client side mod so if you don't like it you can fully delete it with no issue :)

Simple clouds have been applied to Overworld, twilight forest, and the tropics
