🚀 Modpack Changes

• Added a new admin command to manually regenerate existing arena instances by type:
  /arena admin regenerate <type>
• Arena placement version has been increased so existing arena slots can be rebuilt correctly when reused after updating.

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed spawn NPC duplication when joining worlds.
  Static NPCs are now kept unique by ID, and duplicate copies are automatically removed.
• Fixed an arena generation issue where some arena instances could generate only partially because the full placement area was not loaded before schematic placement.
• Fixed additional Cobbreeding issues and improved overall stability.
