✨ Cobblemon Realms v5.1 — Changelog
Focused update on Mega Showdown, Rustling Spots, riding, quality of life and a ton of recipe, loot and battle logic polish.
⚠️ Before You Update
- Always back up your worlds and saves before installing a new version of the modpack.
- Mega Showdown extension: due to a full rewrite, all ATM x Mega Showdown items were rebuilt. Previously crafted items will lose functionality and must be recrafted.
🧭 Modpack Info
- Mega Showdown Extension
All ATM x MSD items have been recreated to match the new Mega Showdown rewrite, which means older variants no longer work and need to be crafted again with the updated recipes. - Item and Drop Changes
- Most Mega Showdown related recipes were reworked to better match MSD balance or be more reasonable to obtain.
- Meteorite item removed, Deoxys Meteorite is now reusable for its intended purpose.
- Ancient Light Ball, Green Scarf, Red Scarf and Water Shuriken now use the cosmetic item slot introduced with Cobblemon 1.7.
- Custom Mega Stones are no longer affected by Knock Off and similar item-removal effects.
- New recipes for the Scroll of Waters and Scroll of Darkness used with Kubfu.
- Legend Plate crafting now uses a custom tag, craftable with any nine Plates.
- Added swap recipes between the Dialga, Palkia and Giratina Orb and their Crystal, Core or Globe versions and back.
- Added recipes to convert each Arceus Plate into any other type Plate.
- In short: almost all missing Mega Showdown recipes have been added or fixed.
- Pokémon Adjustments
- New shiny textures for Galarian Mega Slowbro and Raging Bolt, and Raging Bolt is no longer shiny locked.
- Spiky Eared Pichu received a full remodel to better match its special status.
- Applin and Duraludon are slightly more common in the wild.
- Applin now has a 33% chance to drop any of its evolution apples.
- Duraludon now has a 75% chance to drop a metal alloy on defeat.
- Meltan spawns less frequently, you now only need one and can feed it 1000 iron ingots to progress.
- Hisuian Arcanine got a remodel for improved visuals.
- New cosmetic for Keldeo: craft a Pledge Fragment with a Smooth Rock and Tumblestones, then give it to Keldeo to swap into its resolute cosmetic form.
- Return of the Costume Boxes
- Costume Boxes for Lucario and Incineroar are back.
- Their recipes and particle effects were reworked for the new version.

- Rustling Spots Expansion
- Major biome support pass for Biomes O’ Plenty, Oh The Biomes You’ll Go, Regions Unexplored, and Terralith.
- Dozens of new Grass, Sand, Water, Snow, Leaves, Cave and Flying environments are now recognized, creating much richer spot variety in modded worlds.
- Cave spots now spawn in any Overworld biome instead of being limited to cave biome categories.

- New TM Machine block: shared storage for all players combining TM and TR storage, working like a chest where items belong to whoever takes them.
- Removed unavailable moves: Shed Tail, Night Daze and V-create have been stripped from the TM/TR ecosystem.
- TM and TR loot tables now use injection-based logic for better compatibility with Cobblemon, PokeLoot and Cobblemon Additions.
