When you load the game for the first time, it is recommended to do Controls > KeyBinds > Load Preset > Load Default

Usefull commands

Shops & NPC :

First most commonly used NPCs are :

The card grader :

/summon academy:card_grader_npc

The safari shop & tp :

/summon safari:safari_npc
/summon safari:safari_portal_npc

And then, to create any shop, type this

/summon cobblemon-economy:shopkeeper

Then you can type /eco shop get <shop> and replace the shop keyword by any of these :

Fossil : Sells base cobblemon fossils, academy fossils & anaylser parts
Card : Sells card booster containing 3 cards and album for players wanting to complete the card collection
Backpack : Introduce the player to the sophisticated backpack mechanics instead of the boring pokebags
Waystone : Gives one free pocket wormhole to tp to waystone at any time and sells waystones
Confetti : Sells all confettis to let peoples easily customize their balls
Black_market : Sells "lootboxes" with random loot chances
Camera : Sells all the camera stuff so you can take photo with friends really easily
Paint : Sells canvas and a palette ready to go with all colors
Breed : Sells breeding content such as pasture and ethereal blocks
Cook : Sells some berry and introduce the player to poke snacks with the campfire
Battle_related : Sells TM & TR tools, Trainer Card and random gym challenges
Battle_reward : Exchange various items against trainers battle points
Pokeball : Sells all kind of balls
General : Sells general cobblemon content
Apothecary / Apothecary_sell : Sells & Buy various cobblemon stuff
Jeweler / Jeweler_sell : Sells & Buy materials

And if you wish to customize the NPCs or add trades just go to saves/HubTemplate/config/cobblemon-economy/shops.json, and for the skins add yours in the "skins" subfolder next to the json file.

Leaderboard :

Simply place yourself where you want the leaderboard to be and type:

/leaderboard create <name> <type> hologram

And there's a loooot of type to choose from such as pokedex completion, legendary pokemon owned, eggs hatched, battles won, shiny captured, total pokemon owned, etc…

Area protection :

To protect any region, type:

Create the region

/yawp dim minecraft:overworld create local Sphere

Add rules

/yawp local minecraft:overworld add flag break-blocks Denied 
/yawp local minecraft:overworld add flag place-blocks Denied

Authorize some players

/yawp local minecraft:overworld add player members
