Karma's Cobblemon Mechanical Magic

Updated all the mods. Added waterframes, Additional Lights, Additional lanterns, and elevator blocks.

Also trying out Cobblenav 2.3.2

The long-awaited fix for the spawn check method. The changes still require testing, but now with PokéNav you'll be able to see your actual possible spawns.

• New client config parameters:
  • enableItemShaking determines whether items from the mod will shake when there's a signal.
  • enableDisplayOfNamesOnRadar determines whether names of Pokémon will be displayed on the PokéFinder overlay.
  • enableMultipleModelItems determines whether items from the mod can change their models (disable for compatibility with the current version of Cobblemon 3D Pokenavs).
• Hopefully the PokéFinder overlay freezing issue has been fixed.
