Karma's Cobblemon Mechanical Magic

Updated a few mods. Cut all the mons datapack and replaced it with Complete Cobblemon Collection (ADD ALL POKEMON). New Mochi Item added to reduce fullness. Replaced the create shrink device with the shrink mod for stability. Added XP ALL item for cobblemon.
