Should have fixed gift pokemon recieved via quest rewards

Removed Carry On as it crashed the game when interacting with cobblemon related items

Fixed some broken datapacks that control Pokemon spawning and mob drops

Removed Cobblemon EXP Bar as it bugged EV training in the wild

Fixed Legendary Monuments crashing the server when finding structures with arc phone or locate command

Removed 3D armors resourcepack as it was bugging armor
