Added underground mining minigame for loot
Added loot balls which spawn on the overworld surface (imagine pokeballs from the games with items in)
Updated Complete Cobblemon collection to latest version to fix some pokemon models
Updated options.txt config to hopefully enable resource packs by default in the correct order
