1.7.6 Hot Fix

Fixed recipes to work correctly again (includes Polymorph)

Fixed capture quests for polteageist and poltchageist to work correctly.

Updated to the newest version of Cobblemon Quests, and the icons are changed back to the cobblemon instead of the pokeball icons.

Ev's are still not working until radical trainers api gets updated to fix ev training on their end. 

Radical Trainers mod can be removed if you choose to, otherwise you must use ev training items to increase Cobblemon Ev's until the next patch comes out.
