The Academy Island and Mountables update!

This update comes with a ton of new additions, balance changes and critical fixes, but most importantly a new Academy spawn for every new world seed!

New features:

• All new worlds now spawn at the Academy Island! Courtesy of ItsJustLav, students will now begin their journey atop the Academy Island - a familiar setting complete with the Academy, Shops, Healing Center, Safari Portal and Dorm Buildings. Don't forget to click the waystone before you drop using your newly sponsored glider...
  
  In order to spawn this in an existing world, turn your render distance up to 24+ and run /place template academy:academy_island
  
  
• Added TONS more mountable Cobblemon! Bug fixes:

• Pawniard, Darmanitan Zen, Morpeko and Gliscor now no longer cause client crashes
• Rockruff, Houndoom, Zarude and Burmy's shiny form now look like they should
• Village Library chests now contain loot
• Fixed many uncompletable quests. This includes the Safari World biome quests and a replacement for the Buried Treasure quest
• Yeeted Cobblemon serialization ranges
• Gliding above the clouds no longer sends you to the world border...

Other adjustments/balance changes:

• Buffed gym rewards across all levels
• Increased Alpha Cobblemon spawn rates
• Increased chance of Ultra Wormholes appearing
• Increased spawn weight for Legendaries when holding their key item
• Increased shop price of Cloud Boots
