Thanks so much for downloading the modpack during its first few days of life <3 This update comes with many changes and additions, including The Academy Map and server files!
You can download these under "Additional Files" on the download page. If you need help installing, ask us in our discord :)
New features:
- Added The Academy Map! This is the same world as seen on the Cobblemon Academy SMP but with a different structure layout. This comes packed with all the essentials, including the Academy, Shops, Safari Portal, Healing Center and the three Academy Dorms. You can find this under "Additional Files". Good luck on your journey!
Bug fixes:
- Blue moons have been buffed and now work correctly
- Cards will no longer disappear during server restarts while they're being graded
- Fixed the "can't respawn" issue when playing without the Rad Gyms mod installed
- The Lunar Forecast Block now drops itself when broken and can be mined with a pickaxe
- Backpacks and Card Albums given out as starter rewards will no longer be "shared" between others who picked the same starter type as you
- Fixed world crash when leveling up a Cartographer Villager
- "reducedDebugInfo" is now disabled by default. This allows chunk borders and hitboxes to show up. If they still aren't showing for you, be sure to turn this option OFF in Options -> Chat Settings -> Reduced Debug Info
Other adjustments/balance changes:
- Corrected alpha spawn rates
- Upped recommended ram from 4096MB to 5120MB
- Added a default crosshair when not holding an item
- Cobblemon now no longer passively heal or revive while idling in a gym. You can still use heals and revives! This is only for those who wait a bit too long in between battles...
- Removed the Glider "money-back" recipe
- Higher tier chests now give a bit less coins
- Legendaries are now much more likely to spawn if its key item is in your inventory
- Added more tier variance to ancient city, mansion and bastion chests
- A Quick Ball's effect now only works once per Cobblemon. Fleeing and reinitiating a battle will no longer refresh it's effect!
- End Cities are now more spread out
- Removed Copper Towers. aka the structure with an entire netherite block in its ceiling
- Stopped a few legendaries from appearing in Junior and Senior gym trainer teams
- Wardens are back...
Removed mods:
- Removed "Immersive Optimization"
