-Changed "/home", "/spawn". "/tpa" and "/back" cooldowns to just 30 seconds to still prevent spam, but added a 5 second warmup to still prevent "combat tp"

-pokehunt rewards nerfed from 10 gold coins to 15 iron coins
-Updated Kanto pokedex quests (specifically the progress ones) to better align with the other pokedex quests
-Players can now have boobs as requested. You will need to rebind the key for the Female Gender Mod though
