Updated the shop to have a very simple loop. (Kill mobs to earn money, spend money on currently just simple items)

Greatly increased the pack's loading times and FPS with multiple performance mods.

Using the coins also added this update, the shop will allow you to deposit and withdraw your Money into Coins, which you can use like regular items. 

Obviously the shop needs a ton of work. All of the custom shops will need to be filled in with thematically appropriate and hopefully balanced items and blocks for sale. 

I'd like to start the implementation of questlines for the very many mods in the pack. This will also likely rely on the next topic:

Adjust the various config files to ensure consistent ore spawning, and adjusted recipes to better fit the theme of Tech VS Magic.
