CityCraft Plus

The fourth beta of CityCraft Plus.

Removed features:
- Inventory Tabs - Buggy with some items.
- Charging Gadgets - Didn't work.
- Emotecraft - Not needed. "Quark" already adds this functionality.
- Bendy-lib - Dependency of "Emotecraft".
- playerAnimator - Dependency of "Emotecraft".
- Create Jetpacks - "Create: Stuff Additions" already adds this functionality.
- Configured - "Create" already adds this functionality.

Added features:
- Rubidium Extra - An addon for Rubidium which enables more options.
- Generator Galore - Adds simple energy generators.
- MinecraftCapes Mod - Lets you use your own cape! Upload it via minecraftcapes.net
- Create: Misc & Things - Adds more content to Create.
- Curios Quark Oddities Backpack - Adds Curios support for the backpack in "Quark Oddities".
- Death Backup - Adds inventory backups on death. (Mostly for servers)
- Upcycle! - Allows more stuff to be put into the composter.
- DiscordRPC - Shows your friends what a fantastic modpack you are playing!

Re-added features:

Shutup Experimental Settings! - It DID work but I haven't noticed it xD
